River Rock Family Dental requires payment prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, your refund will be determined upon review of your case. For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.³ However, dental insurance does not always cover 100% of the cost of your care (and sometimes 0%). The professionals at River Rock Family Dental will make their treatment recommendations based on your needs for achieving exceptional oral health. They will not make recommendations for your health based on or limited to insurance coverage. This includes the recommendations for materials that should be used to restore your teeth. Insurance coverage is a contract agreed upon by your employer and the insurance company.

River Rock Family Dental will file insurance claims with the insurance company for reimbursement to the full extent that the patient is eligible. This leaves River Rock Family Dental in the position of having to make estimations based on the decision of the insurance company in regard to coverage. After the insurance company makes their final benefit determination, the patient portion may vary from the original estimate and an additional payment may be required by you.
